Masculine 40th birthday card

Here is a card I made for a friend who turns 40 this month:

I used Bo Bunny's Timepiece 6x6 paper pad, and Papertrey Ink's stamps and numbers dies and tag.  I also added a metal hardware by Ingvild Bolme for Prima.

For the center panel, I grouped some birthday sentiments together and stamped a pattern for the background of the tag.  I also inked the edges with distress ink.

For the inside, I created a pocket for the gift card, and stamped a sentiment.

The small tag is die cut and stamped with Papertrey Ink.  Added some string to tie it together.

Thanks for stopping by!

Snow Card

I created a card for the Festive Friday FFC12 trigger challenge using sketch #109 from the Deconstructed Sketch blog.

The paper collection is from Pink Paislee City Sidewalks, which I cut into strips and distressed.  The stamp set is Verve Snow Wonderful.  I did some simple copic coloring on the snowman, which was stamped on the Papertrey Ink Mat Stack 1 die cut.  Added sheer ribbon, snowflake brad, lace and a pompom.

Thanks for stopping by!

Mojo Monday 300th Sketch

I saw that they're having a celebration at the Mojo Monday blog and wanted to join in.  Here is the card I made based on the sketch

I used the 8x8 French Country paper pad by Graphic 45 and the coordinating stamp set to created the sentiment focal image.  The base is Papertrey Ink Dark Chocolate cardstock and the doily die cut from the G45 paper is also a Papertrey Ink doily die.  Added a burlap trim and I Am Roses sunflower and leaves to complete the card.

Thanks for taking a look.

Graphic 45 Nutcracker Tag

I found another challenge to participate in.  It's the Festive Friday blog challenges.  Here is a tag I made for this week's challenge of incorporating a tree in your project:

I used Graphic 45's Nutcracker Sweet paper collection.  The tree was die cut with Papertrey Ink's Christmas Tree die.  I backed some pattern paper with chipboard to create little presents under the tree.  Added bells and ribbon to complete the tag.

Thanks for taking a look.
