Papertrey Ink Spring blog hop

For this month's blog hop the challenge was to make a spring card.

My card uses paper from the Prima Lyric collection.  I stamped the frame from the Boutique Borders: Love Stamp set onto a Tag Sale #5 die.  The sentiment is from The Sweet Life, and the flowers are from the Rosie Posie stamp set.  Also added seam binding, lace, flower, and a cute Shabby Chic Treasures resin bird.

PTI Thank you card

Today on the Papertrey Ink blog, the challenge is to create a card that incorporates stripes.  I still had the Simple Stories Vintage Bliss paper pad on my table, and found a sheet with stripes on it.  The border die cut is from Papertrey Ink's Filagree border die.  Stamps used were PTI's Fillable Frames #9 and Ruby Reprise.  Added a Prima flower and crystals, and stapled a crochet trim to the tag.

PTI Focal Word challenge

For today's challenge, we are to create a card around a focal word.  I decided to make a baby card today:

The paper collection is Simple Stories Vintage Bliss.  I created the word "precious" using the PTI Outline Alphabet set.  I also used PTI Bitty Baby Blessings stamp set and coordinating die.  Added a doily, PTI plum pudding satin ribbon, and some flowers.

Papertrey Ink birthday card

I made a birthday/anniversary card for Papertrey Ink.  The card uses paper from the Graphic 45 Sweet Sentiments collection.  I also added a Prima metal clockface and flower, as well as some seam binding ribbon, string, and a fabric flower.

I decorated the inside of the card as well:

I also used Papertrey Ink's vintage cream and melon berry cardstock, plum pudding satin ribbon, as well as various dies.  I intentionally used 7 different stamp sets on this card.  Can you guess which ones they are?  Hint: the 7th stamp is from the Trademarks stamp set that I used on the back of the card.

Love creating with Papertrey Ink, and especially together with my other favorite goodies from Graphic 45 and Prima Flowers.  I enjoyed in participating in the festivities.  I wish them continued success in the years to come.

Papertrey Ink Trading Card Challenge

The celebration continues on the Papertrey Ink blog.  This time the challenge is to create a 3x4 trading card. Here I incorporated it into a greeting card.

I used PTI Celebrations and Vintage Labels stamp sets, stamped with Versamark and heat embossed it in white on PTI ocean tides cardstock, then rounded the corners.  The pattern paper is My Mind's Eye Sweet Caroline, and added lace and I Am Roses flowers.

Papertrey Ink Timer Challenge

Papertrey Ink is having a 7th year anniversary celebration.  I thought this was a fun challenge to participate in.  We are to use 7 supplies to create a card in less than 17 minutes.

It took me 14 minutes to complete this card.  It's a fairly simple design, but it takes me a while to decide on layout and placement of the images.  I also took a picture of the supplies I used.

The supplies are:
1. PTI vintage cream cardstock
2. PTI Embellishment stamp set
3. PTI Embellishment die set
4. Memento ink
5. Prima designer paper from the Fairy Rhymes paper pad
6. Prima flower
7. ribbon

I look forward to hopefully participate in more challenges in the coming week.
Thanks for stopping by!

Papertrey Ink MIM150: Just Because

I made a card for the Make it Monday 150 challenge of making a window card.

The designer paper is from Prima's Divine collection.  The window was created using Spellbinders dies and behind it I used Papertrey Ink's Harlequin cover plate die.  Other Papertrey Ink supplies include sentiment stamped from Damask Design, flowers from the Rosie Posie stamp set and dies, and Vintage Cream and Sweet Blush cardstock.  Added lace trim, seam binding, flat back pearls, and an Ingvild Bolme resin piece to complete the card.
