Botanical Tea Butterfly Project

Hello!
I have a project share with lots of pictures.  It's artwork that I plan to display in my craftroom.  I used a butterfly die from Accucut, but instead of using the die cut shape of the butterfly, I used the negative, or leftover space.  I wanted to not waste any of the papers and also show different ways of using the die shapes.

The pages are curled and slightly lifted off the page to create a dimensional look.  The base is made of medium weight chipboard and covered with the papers.  Here are more close up pictures:

The paper collection is Botanical Tea by Graphic 45, and I used some embellishments by Prima Marketing.

Come watch my video taking you through my project:

Botanical Tea Set

Hello!  I wanted to play around with the Graphic 45 Botanical Tea collection and created a set containing a card, tag pocket, and matchbook to hold a tea bag.

The flowers and seam binding I stained with Lindy's Stamp Gang sprays.  The stamp set I used is Papertrey Ink's Tea for Two.  I used the Graphic 45 Kraft Tags Large and folded it to create a pocket to hold a gift card.  The matchbook flips open to reveal a glassine bag to hold a tea bag.  Added a paper doily and some flat back pearls to finish it off.

Thanks for taking a peek.

Prima Cartographer Mini Pocket Album

Hello!  Just a quick share on a project I was working on.  I wanted to play with the Cartographer papers from Prima and made a pocket mini album using an Accucut die.

Inside the mini, I also used Tim Holtz Idea-ology embellies and Ingvild Bolme Junkyard Findings.  I made a video taking you through the pages of the pocket mini:

Enjoy and thanks for stopping by!

Divine Mini Book and Caddy

Hello!  I'm here to share with you a project I made using Eileen Hull's Sizzix die Box, Caddy for the March Art with Heart Challenge

It's covered with Prima Marketing goodies.  I made a mini book to put inside of it, but it ended up being too chunky.  The papers I used came from the Divine collection.
